Student Engagement

ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) replaced the No Child Left Behind Act in 2015. The Evidence for ESSA website uses identifiers such as strong, moderate, and promising to rate programs designed to increase the likelihood of student success. This link will take you to a webpage containing 11 programs with a strong rating, 2 with a moderate rating, and 7 with a promising rating. These programs span from PreK to 6th grade, with the majority falling in the third to sixth grade range. These programs can be sorted by community and ethnic groups as well as into main features such as tutoring, and textbook and curriculum.
