Target Bullying Intervention Program
Bullying is a complex issue and is related to numerous other issues (e.g., depression, anxiety, suicide, behavioral disorders). Disciplinary actions related to bullying are currently being researched. One individualized intervention that can be used for students who engage in the most severe bullying behaviors is the Target Bullying Intervention Program.
The Empowerment Research Lab conducts research on bullying prevention and intervention. Members of the research lab are T-BIP specialists, who conduct the Target Bullying Intervention Program in Lincoln, Nebraska, as well as conduct trainings for professionals interested in implementing the program in their own schools.
